Delivery

All our orders are sent by Royal Mail first class, second class or by recorded delivery. We offer second class as this keeps the cost down of shipping our products to you. You will be given the choice at checkout to choose what method you would like your goods sent by, with the price for each method so you have total control.

The shipping prices are based on weight so the heaver the items the more it will cost, below is a guide to show how the shipping price will be calculated.

We can now Ship Using DHL 24 - 72 hour service,  this is for weight's 1kg up to 25kg for £6.99

Remote Area Surcharge

Some areas of the UK are a little hard to get to so unfortunately DHL charge a 'remote area surcharge' of £16. Please contact us if you think you may come under one of these areas and we will confirm there shipping price for you

Returns

If you need to return an Item/s for any reason then please notify us within 7 days, If your order arrives incorrect or damaged then please contact us within 24 hours and a member of our team will give you details on how we aim to rectify the problem.
